Ms. Moidel has been practicing "Immigration and Nationality" law exclusively for thirty years. She understands the challenges, complexity, time, money and emotional energy involved in each immigration application. She brings compassion, humor, dedication and experience to every case, with a full appreciation for each client's individuality, and a dogged insistence that the government act and adjudicate fairly at all times.
A graduate of McGill University, Faculty of Law, in Montreal, Canada, Ms. Moidel completed the National Law Program in 1988, obtaining two degrees: a B.C.L. (Bachelor of Civil Law) and LL.B. (Bachelor of Common Law). She then joined the Quebec Bar (Barreau du Quebec) and New York State Bar.
A member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Ms. Moidel is herself an immigrant to the United States and a naturalized U.S. citizen.
